Building Together: How We’ll Make Big Decisions

Our community is the heart of everything we do — and that means the big calls about our shared future will always come with open consultation.

When we’re making large decisions — like event dates, location, or whether and how we burn — we’ll present clear options, the reasons behind them (including budgets and logistics), and open the floor for your input.

You’ll have around two to three weeks to share feedback through our usual channels — Burning Pub, directly, or written responses. After that, we’ll make the call and keep everyone informed of the outcome.

This rhythm of dialogue and decision-making is how we’ll move forward: transparent, accountable, and community-first. Together, we’ll keep the flame of collaboration alive and continue shaping the future of Seed as one.
