Dear Burning Seed Community,

The burn is coming… and it’s shaping up to be one of the most meaningful in our history.

As the event approaches, we – Town Council – felt it was time to speak directly to you, the heart of Seed, about where we stand, what’s ahead, and how together we make it all happen.

Let’s be real: creating Burning Seed isn’t easy. It never was. But this year, we’re rebuilding from the ground up. Behind the scenes, there’s been a Herculean effort from both new and long-time leaders, volunteering countless
hours – often at the expense of our own lives – because we believe in the power of this community.

And here's the truth: we’re on track, but we’re also at a critical moment.
We’ve got strong leadership, essential safety plans in place, and encouraging
progress with stakeholders. But we’re also navigating a living, breathing,
fast-evolving ecosystem.


 Our new structure means things are shifting constantly – priorities, systems, even the comms.
Yes, we know it hasn’t been perfect. Thank you for your patience and understanding. We’re learning fast, and doing everything we can to deliver something extraordinary.

Now here’s where you come in.

🚨 Burning Seed 2025 is at a tipping point.
We (Sun Burnt Events) started with nowhere near enough money in the bank to create the sandbox for Seed. In today’s world of rising costs and complex compliance, it means we can't do it without ticket sales money.

To make this burn a reality, we must sell at least 2,000 tickets by mid May.
That’s not a marketing gimmick – it’s real. No fluff. No corporate safety net. Just US.

And yet… something incredible is happening.

🔥The paddock magic is stirring again.
🔥 Hundreds of passionate Burners have reactivated, volunteering, building, dreaming.
